Georgia allows registered patients with qualifying conditions to possess low-THC oil through the Medical Cannabis Patient Registry (formerly the Low THC Oil Registry), managed by the Georgia Department of Public Health. A physician certifies a patient's eligibility, and registered patients and caregivers may buy regulated products from dispensaries licensed by the Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission. Our Patient Guide explains how to get and renew a card, and our Georgia Marijuana Laws page summarizes the current rules.
GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com is an informational directory of dispensaries, doctors, hemp and CBD shops, smoke shops, patient resources and related services. We do not sell, transport or deliver cannabis. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement and does not mean a business is authorized to deliver.
About delivery: On September 30, 2026, the Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission adopted a medical cannabis delivery rule. Adoption alone does not mean delivery is currently available or operating. Read our delivery rule update and check official state sources before assuming delivery is offered.
